Surf Essentials Giveaway – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The Surf Essentials Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Mamala Surf (“Sponsor”), located in San Diego, California. Participating prize contributors include Faro Board Bags, Happier Camper, RinseKit, and Amfibion (“Contributors”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of the Sponsor or Contributors, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on September 15, 2025 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on October 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, participants must complete the entry form available at https://www.mamalasurf.com/giveaway with their contact information. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries using different email addresses or automated methods are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
By entering, participants agree to be subscribed to the newsletters of the Sponsor and all Contributors.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the Surf Essentials Bundle, consisting of the following items:

FARO Board Bags $200 Gift Card (ARV: $200.00)

Total Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $1,444.84.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable for any reason.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 17, 2025. The winner will be notified by the contact information provided (email or phone). If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours of the first notification attempt, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
7. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their first name, last initial, and city/state for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Contributors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone networks; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (c) printing errors; (d) late, lost, or undeliverable mail or email; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation or receipt of any prize.
10. Disputes
Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in San Diego County, California. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the privacy policies of Sponsor and Contributors. By entering, participants consent to receive email marketing communications from the Sponsor and Contributors.
