Cash Hoover Secures Spot on Pro World Longboard Tour
Congratulations to team rider Cash Hoover on winning the La Union International Pro World Longboard Tour Qualifier contest in the Philippines to secure a spot on the Longboard World Tour! A first of its kind event, winners and runner ups of the event secured a spot on the World Longboard Tour.
”I'm so incredibly happy, I don't think I've been this happy in so long," Hoover said. "I cried tears of joy coming out of the water. I've worked so hard for this, and this event has been so stressful, and to be able to just feel that I've officially made my spot on tour for this year is the best feeling in the world. I don't have to go to any more QS's and grind it out. I'm just so thankful for all my sponsors and for all my friends like Shae [Bradley] and Alana [Johnson] and Malia [Ilagan] for chairing me up the beach and especially for my parents for bringing me all the way here."
Cash had an awesome 2025 on the Longboard Qualifying Series (LQS) that included winning wildcards to Bells and Abu Dhabi from her win at the Coastal Edge Steel Pier Classic in Virginia.
We can’t wait to watch Cash rip the rest of the year on tour and are so proud of her hard work. Thank you for your support Cash!
You can watch some of Cash’s waves from La Union and Bells below recorded by her father.
